“Current theories of how the universe began state ‘in the beginning, there was nothing, and then it exploded’. People are always looking for the ultimate start.”
This is a paraphrase from the author Sir Terry Pratchett.
From this I conclude that people are also looking for the ultimate end; a completion of knowledge; a way to win all arguments.
But, the start, (as was written between the lines for us to find by Sir Pratchett (or at least that’s how I see it)); it can happen in the middle. A new life, a baby born, a new technology, a new word or language, a new theory, a new belief, a new book, a new way, a new road to travel, a new day, a new dawn.
In this complicated world, the start is happening everywhere, all at once. The origin may just as well be a singular point of plurality. It may have happened in the past; it may be happening now; it may also happen in the future.
Words and extra’s can always be added or altered. There is no need to win every battle, unless it brings you peace. Or a piece… don’t take the piss.
