I doze into an awaking,

The chaotic world so clear.

It hazes my dreams again,

Clarity escapes me already I fear.

Waiting for my mind to catch up to me,

It grinds on every gear.

No clarity can focus me to see,

My heart and soul are spent my dear.

I am forgetting how to forget it seems,

Remembering what we once had here.

I just want to sleep, so I can wake up in my dreams,

Before I can bear no more, and life takes away my last tear.
