During; afterwards; then before.

As a man with at least three previous / current mental health conditions, which have been present at different points in my life; and I think are still present in different combinations on a daily basis; I am blogging for many reasons – to help me reconcile my life, mind and heart; to let others (professionals and sufferers) see things from my side of the goldfish bowl (whichever side I’m on / feel I’m on at the time), so that they may find some help / idea / understanding of where my brain seems to short circuit – and why I believe I struggle so much to operate as a functioning human in a world where I have little-to-no responsibilities in comparison to the grand scheme of things; as a diary / reminder / tool to troubleshoot where my problems lay and how to tackle the recurring ones from another angle.

This is my aim, let’s see if I can hit any marks; or if I am wildly off target.
